Rob Harvey was born and educated in Rotorua. He began his insurance career with the State Insurance in 1971. After travelling overseas for three years working within the insurance industry, Rob returned to New Zealand working in General Accident Insurance until joining Dawson Insurance Brokers in 1986. |

John Sexton has resided in Rotorua since 1960. He began his insurance career with National Insurance in 1971. On his return from travelling overseas, John returned to National in a senior client servicing position. He joined Dawson Insurance Brokers in 1983. |

Denis Marriner was born and educated in Rotorua. His insurance career began in 1997 in a senior client servicing position with AA Insurance. Denis later moved to Royal & Sun Alliance as local manager, before joining Dawson Insurance Brokers in 2001. |

Alistair Davidson began his insurance career with the AMP society, moving to the South British in 1970. A survivor of a numerous mergers and restructuring exercises, throughout which he maintained a senior client servicing role, he accepted a brokering position with Dawson Insurance Brokers in 1999. |

Peter Mahar began his insurance career in Rotorua with National Insurance in 1982. In 1989 he travelled overseas for 5 years working in the insurance industry in London. He returned to National Insurance then moved to become the Rotorua Manager for Royal & Sun Alliance until joining Dawson Insurance Brokers in 2003. |
